ORDERING

Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Yes. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. Upon completion of checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another email to notify you once your order ships.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Because our system is designed to process orders very quickly, it is not always possible to make any changes or cancel an order after it has been placed.  Please contact us here to see if we can make a change to your order. Otherwise remember that we offer free returns!  Please contact globalekansh@gmail.com for a return label once you have received your order if you wish to return it.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, PayPal, and COD. Prices for all of our items are listed in Indian Rupees.

How do I use a promo code?
Simply enter your offer code in the text box marked “Promo Code” on the billing page during the checkout process. When an offer code is accepted, it will be displayed in the order summary. Please Note: Promo Codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per order.

What are your shipping fees?
We offer free Ground Shipping for all orders in India.

When will my order ship?
Please allow 2-6 business days processing time for all ground orders. You must place your order and we will try to place it in minimum 2 days.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?  How do I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

My USPS tracking number shows delivered, but I don’t have it yet.  What should I do?
Due to the USPS using multiple carriers, at times packages show delivered 48 hours before arrival.  Please wait 48 hours, and if your package has still not been delivered please contact us through mail.

  1. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED ONLINE?

We currently accept credit card or debit card payments from MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and UPI online only.

 

  1. WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PAYMENT IS DECLINED?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

 

  1. WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders in the India . For all international orders, we offer $75 shipping via UPS.

 

  1. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

See your order status by simply entering your order number and

 

  1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process your order, then we ship your package to you.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 2 to 6 business days Then our shipping carrier, UPS, takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

 

  1. I’M HAVING PROBLEMS TRACKING MY PACKAGE.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. You can track your package here: 

 

  1. I WANT TO RETURN MY PURCHASE. WHAT DO I DO?

  1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER INSTEAD OF RETURNING IT?

 Yes! You can exchange your order instead of returning it. Please contact our Customer Service team here (link) Be sure to include our order number, the item you’d   like to return, and what item you’d like to exchange it for. We’ll help process your exchange for you!

 

  1. HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT THAT WAS SENT TO ME?

It takes 10-15 business days for us to process your refund after receiving your return
