
Ekansh Global Private Limited understands that clients may wish to terminate or withdraw from a service or membership for various reasons. To accommodate such situations fairly and legally, this Cancellation Policy outlines the provisions for cancellation, associated charges, and applicable conditions.
Clients may cancel their membership or service engagement within a maximum period of 21 days from the date of signing the agreement. Cancellations made after this window will not be eligible for refunds.
Cancellation is deemed effective only upon receipt and acknowledgment of the written request by Ekansh Global. A cancellation receipt will be issued, confirming the refund eligibility as per the refund scale mentioned in the Refund Policy.
As per the Purchase Agreement, cancellations are subject to administrative deductions to cover marketing, staffing, and processing expenditures. The deduction percentage increases with time, ensuring fairness while preserving company resources.
Once the cancellation is approved and refund is processed, the client's service access and membership are permanently revoked. No reactivation is permitted under the same agreement.
This Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of the Purchase and Service Agreements, binding upon all parties from the date of signature.
