These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the client (referred to as Purchaser or Member) and Ekansh Global Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. By signing a Purchase or Service Agreement, the client agrees to comply with the provisions detailed herein:
All services offered by Ekansh Global are B2B in nature and are strictly meant for enhancing trade connections and business networks. These do not constitute investments, financial instruments, or resale products.
Client memberships and services are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be gifted or sold. The services are exclusively assigned to the individual or company stated in the agreement.
The company may offer service upgradation options as per prevailing rules and market conditions. These are chargeable and payable in advance. Upgradation charges may change due to inflation or market shifts and must be paid before availing of enhanced services.
Failure to clear dues within 7 days from the due date constitutes default. Ekansh Global reserves the right to terminate the agreement and forfeit all paid amounts in such cases. Defaults in two installment payments automatically rescind the contract.
Refunds and cancellations are handled as per the dedicated policies outlined above. No verbal or alternate agreement will override these conditions.
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts in Delhi. Clients irrevocably agree to submit to this jurisdiction and waive the right to challenge it.
The company is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or government regulations.
No oral modifications to these terms are valid. Any changes must be documented and signed by both parties.
All contractual terms and communications are confidential. Clients must not disclose or share any proprietary information with third parties.
These Terms & Conditions, along with the Service and Purchase Agreements, represent the entire understanding between the parties and supersede any prior discussions or representations.
All clients are advised to read these terms carefully before signing the agreement. The act of signature implies full understanding, agreement, and voluntary acceptance of these binding conditions.
